Serving at FCCJeff looks different depending on the week and the person. Some of it happens close to home, through the Little Free Pantry on Middle Road, weekly backpacks for Riverside Elementary students, or a Saturday shift at Loaves & Fishes. Some of it reaches further, through Week of Compassion and our partnership with the wider Disciples of Christ family responding to disasters and displacement around the world. And some of it happens right here in the life of the congregation, as volunteers teach a Sunday class, sing in the choir, plan a fellowship meal, or keep the building running. However you’re wired to serve, there’s a place for you to start.
